We opened this store to deliver you the joy of tasting delicious Nori with Omusubi and the fun of choosing your favorite Nori.

All three types are the highest-grade delicious Nori that can only be found as special gifts.
Nori is half sized cut which is used for hand-rolled sushi. Because Nori and Omusubi are served separately, you can fully enjoy Nori’s crisp texture and taste differences.

Chef Takashi Kawano, a first-class delicatessen manager and rice sommelier, is responsible for the flavor of NORI MUSUBI. He is also indispensable in Ohmoriya's product development. Through trial and error in cooking rice and combination with ingredients, 12 different types of Omusubi were created. They go perfectly well with Nori and you can enjoy the professionalism and handmade feeling.

Rice: 100% Koshihikari produced in Tanba, Kyoto
Salt: Awaji Island's seaweed salt, that has condensed umami flavors of seawater and seaweed
Side dishes: Freshly prepared side dishes purchased from Kyoto's Obanzai (side dishes) “Kyosaimi　Nomura”.
