To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation by 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The free shuttle service runs to/from Saga-Arashiyama Station’s North exit, on the following times.
From the station: 16:00 and 18:30.
From the hotel: 08:45, 09:15, 09:45, 10:15 and 10:45.

Please inform the property in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary needs.

Please inform the property of your requested dinner time.
Note: On weekends and holidays, dinner will start from either 17:30 or 20:00.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
