I was totally disappointed with this stop. It was 500 yen to enter and the gardens weren't well kept, the sand gardens were a mess and there were leaves and twigs and such everywhere. I wouldn't...Visited October 2015 -

Beautiful stop during our tour with our Ebisuya Rickshaw driver. Walked around the peaceful gardens. We were the only ones there. Amazing for busy Kyoto. Our guide told us about the story of the two...Visited August 2015
