Kansai:Grilled Offal (Horumon)

The internal organs of animals such as cows, pigs, or chickens. Due to the strong taste, people often liberally season these foods. Examples of this include motsunabe (hot pot stew made with offal) and dote-yaki (beef sinew stewed in miso and mirin).
