Description

This restaurant offers locally made and consumed ramen using natural products from the lush Lake Mashu, and has even appeared on TV. The soy sauce ramen with pureed seafood is a particular favorite, using stock made with soy sauce specially prepared with different types of fish, shellfish and vegetables, all boiled together and pureed through a sieve.
