Tokyo’s been wild for tapioca drinks over the past several months! With the hot summer months rapidly approaching, boutique “tea-tailer” Cha-Koujyou has just released a new range of summer tapioca drinks, full of fruit and sure to revitalize you on hot summer days!
Order and customize your drinks with special touch panels designed to minimize wait time and make ordering as seamless as possible. For the fruit teas, choose between Jasmine Tea, Four Seasons Tea, and Oriental Beauty Tea for your base, then add Okinawa Hateruma Black Sugar Tapioca or Sweet Gold Tapioca, and have it mixed and topped with whole seasonal fruit!

If you’re not into fruit teas, you could instead treat yourself to a milk tea or normal tea. These are more customizable, with a choice of over 10 different tea bases, different levels of sweetness, and even four quirky toppings! If you’re feeling adventurous, try out their Parmesan cheese foam!
What’s special about Cha-Koujyou?

Cha-Koujyou developed one of the world’s leading drip machines especially made for tea! The tea drip condenses the flavor of the tea leaves using a heat pipe, then rapidly cooling the tea. Along with the tea shop’s use of Taiwan’s finest tea leaves, this makes for an exquisite flavor. This summer, cool off with a refreshing glass of the pearly stuff!
