Overlooking the beautiful 5 lakes of Mikata (Mikatagoko), Suigekka offers comfortable Japanese and Western rooms with lake views, spacious hot spring baths, gorgeous traditional dinners and a variety of activities including tennis, mini-golf and fishing.

All Japanese-style rooms have traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor, and some come with an en suite bathroom. Western-style rooms with modern beds are also available. Each room at the property features a fridge, an electric kettle and yukata robes.

JR Mikata Train Station is a 20-minute drive from the property. The Kogashima Onsen hot-spring area is a 35-minute drive away, while the Rainbow Line scenic highway is a 15-minute drive away. On-site parking is free.

Guests can rent a bicycle and explore the scenic lakeside, hike the nearby hills or simply relax in the sauna. Massages are available for a fee, and the hotel has a gift shop with unique local goods.

The set-menu Japanese breakfast and multi-course dinner are served at the dining hall, which has floor cushions on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Dinner boasts a variety of freshly caught seafood.
