They are sold with two protein bars per package. Each package contains 22g of protein and 4000mg of collagen. The collagen content is particularly attractive to women concerned with health and beauty. They are stored at room temp and are easy to eat.
It looks like a tube of sausage or something, but actually has a soft but firm texture and is made from chicken breast.
