Tokyo Skytree(R) is the newest and already one of the most famous landmarks of Japan's capital. The Sky Lounge Top of Tree is, however, not located at the tip of the over 600 meter high tower, but instead a lot more accessible. The beautiful lounge is on the top floor of Skytree's Solamachi(R), a complex with around 300 different shops and restaurants. It allows to enjoy the illuminated Skytree(R) right in front of one's eyes while gazing over the magnificent night view of Tokyo - a sight you won't be able to forget!
Dyed in the Colors of Skytree

As already mentioned, the Sky Lounge Top of Tree is Just a five-minute walk away from Tokyo Metro's Oshiage Station and located on the 31st floor of Tokyo Solamachi(R), its highest floor. Not only the entrance of the lounge is beautifully lit up, but the bar counter as well as the ceiling lights make use of the very same LED lights that illuminate the Skytree(R) itself. Not only this but the colors of this illumination match the lightup of the massive structure for a perfectly magical sky lounge feeling.
Gazing over the City with Mount Fuji in the Distance

The Sky Lounge features a large window front that directly faces the impressive Tokyo Skytree(R). From this height, the entire cityscape can be overlooked without any other obstruction than the Skytree(R) itself. On particularly clear days, especially right after typhoon season or during winter, you'll even be able to see Mount Fuji in the distance.
The lounge itself has a very open and spacious design, reminiscent of upscale hotel lobbies, and its most characteristic feature is its comfortable sofas. By the way: Tokyo Skytree (R) is visible from every single seat!
Taste the Local Specialty: Amuse-Tower

The Amuse-Tower, a clever play on words with amuse-bouche, is a beautifully arranged appetizer platter in the shape of the famous Tokyo Skytree(R) itself. For 2,800 yen, the creation offers eight different appetizers for two people and isn't just limited to the Sky Lounge but also the place's most popular menu item. Even the scale of the platter fits the original perfectly in a 1:1,000 ratio - the Amuse-Tower thus is 63.4 centimeters big and is illuminated with the very same LED and colors as its bigger sibling right outside the window. The appetizers change with every month so expect delicious seasonal delights.
Taking In Tokyo's Night View

The other side of the window offers a magical view on Asakusa, Shinjuku, and even the Tokyo Tower and Odaiba in the distance. This is what makes the Sky Lounge Top of Tree a very unique and particularly recommended spot to take in Tokyo's amazing night view with all its many lights and wonders. Enjoy a luxurious time with unique creative snacks and drinks, as well as the right kind of elegant atmosphere! By the way: Tokyo Skytree(R)'s illumination times may vary depending on the season but even when the tower lights are turned off, Tokyo's cityscape is sure to dazzle.
