Tokyo Midtown

Tokyo Midtown has been open to the public in Roppongi since March 2007. It is a commercial complex in a new style with a hotel, 130 stores, cultural facilities including Suntory Museum of Art, offices, residential space, a hospital and a park. One of its advantages is a rich green environment unusual in the city center. The different expressions of the four seasons can be seen here, and in the spring, its 103 Yoshino cherry trees blossom and are graced by dreamlike illuminations in the evenings. Wi-Fi is also available in the garden. In addition to the stores for fashion, lifestyle goods and gourmet food, there are stores selling traditional Japanese items such as chopsticks, making it an ideal place for foreign visitors to look for souvenirs. A cutting-edge design & art space, 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT organizes original exhibitions to stimulate visitors's artistic sensibilities. It is directly connected to Exit 8 of Roppongi Station on the Toei Oedo Line.
