Kyoto Century Hotel boasts excellent access, being just a two-minute walk from JR and subway Kyoto Station. Its predecessor, the Kyoto Station Hotel, opened in 1928 as part of the celebrations for the enthronement of the Emperor, this year marks the 93rd year since its founding. The nostalgic, modern space that unfolds around the hotel's symbol, the "kanjin no kyoto lantern," has won numerous space awards.
