The owner has 20 years of experience as a chef and is originally from Hotel New Otani Tokyo. Meals are prepared using fresh seafood and vegetables from Izu.

Our hotel consists of the main building and the Shirakaba-an Villa. There is a warm wood stove in the lobby just inside the main building. Relax and unwind while sipping tea brewed by a staff member from Taiwan. Shirakaba-an Villa, completed in 2020, was designed by Kenta Sano, a disciple of architect Toyo Ito. Fascinated by the beautiful scenery surrounding the villa, Sano aimed to create a building that would blend into the landscape and become part of the forest.
