The pension was renovated through DIY and opened as a painting gallery guesthouse in 2017. The first floor consists of guest rooms, designed with the concept of a Mediterranean-style cave, with the corridor serving as a gallery. The second floor features the innovative wooden framework and high ceilings originally designed by architect Mr. Nozaki, and is used as a gallery room and restaurant. While the original facilities are old, the guesthouse is operated with the intention of upcycling.
