This condominium is located in a ski resort, overlooking the scenic Mount Yotei, one of Japan's 100 most famous mountains. It offers a great location with ski-in/ski-out access, ample space, and 100% natural hot spring water. The hotel is stylish and modern, yet has a comfortable atmosphere with the warmth of wood and a Japanese feel, and the sophisticated guest rooms can be used to suit a variety of stay styles. There is a front desk and concierge on the first floor to support our guests in having a comfortable stay.

Have a wonderful time (TOKI). Fukuoka/Hakata is attractive for its balance of city and nature, food, and somewhat laid-back locals. While being within walking distance from Hakata Station, the center of the area, Hostel TOKI is located in a quiet area surrounded by small local shopping streets with a retro Showa era feel. The calm atmosphere makes it safe even for those using a hostel/guesthouse for the first time. We strive to provide a comfortable space, service that can help you with any concerns, and local information that may not be found in guidebooks that are suitable for you.

You can interact with cute cats. The dormitory is a rare semi-private room.

●There are no baths or shower toilets in the rooms. These are shared by men and women. ●Face towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes are provided. ●Air conditioners will be installed in the rooms (from the summer of 2024). ●Kerosene FF stoves are installed. ●Wi-Fi is available (password required). ●Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please smoke on the porch outside the entrance. ●The bath is a circulating bath, not a hot spring. ●A shared refrigerator/freezer is installed in the hallway. ●Vending machines (drinking water, canned beer) installed in the building. ●A free drink corner will be installed in the dining room. ●The entrance will be locked at 11pm for security reasons. Please be sure to stay punctual.
