The Guesthouse is situated approx. 3 minutes from JR Oji Station, very near from Ueno and other main locations, and is surrounded by parks and good old Japanese townscape. This is a guesthouse with two private rooms with locks. :) There is a shared living room, two toilets, and one bathroom. If you book both rooms, everything including the toilet and shower room becomes private. The rooms are very clean, close to Kansai Airport (2 stations, 15 minutes, an 8-minute walk to the station), and reasonably priced. WiFi is available, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and drugstores within walking distance, making it very convenient. Recommended for those using early morning or late-night flights.

The hotel also serves as a roadside restaurant for tourists called Benkyoya(study house). Their heart-warming handmade dishes, such as a hot pot dish using ingredients from Mt. Chichibusan and freshwater fish cuisine, are very popular. You can also have a barbecue from spring to autumn.
