Hanabishi Hotel was born and raised in Hakodate. We were founded in Hakodate more than 70 years ago. Now, we are known locally as "long-established Hanabishi." We have been loved by locals for a long time, and for a long time we have been surrounded by an abundance of ingredients, such as vegetables grown in this area and seafood from the sea, and have been serving the bounty of the mountains and the sea. We have seen the happy faces of many customers thanks to our hospitality. Above all, we have been nurtured by Yunokawa Onsen, which has been open for more than 350 years and is our lifeblood. The history and traditions that we have woven together with Hakodate over the past 70 years, connecting with the local community, are the treasures of Hanabishi Hotel and are one of a kind.
