This small inn places great importance on privacy, with three private baths that are fed by the oldest natural hot spring in Shima Onsen, as well as rooms with semi-open-air baths. There are also signs in English in the building so that guests visiting Japan for the first time can feel at ease.
■About services involving customer service: In order to avoid close contact between customers and staff, we are simplifying our guidance and reducing the frequency of contact. ■About reducing crowding: In order to avoid close contact between customers, we are refraining from holding certain events and reducing congestion in baths and dining areas by limiting the time period and the number of people. ■About staff moving luggage: In order to prevent problems (damage to luggage, loss, etc.), we do not generally transport luggage. If you have a lot of luggage and need help, please speak to the front desk staff. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for damage or loss caused by staff transporting luggage. ■About using the parking lot: In order to prevent problems (damage to your car, accidents, etc.), we ask that you move your car yourself. In addition, please note that in principle, parking is not available in front of the entrance of the hotel as it is a "drop-off space". ■About pets: We do not accept pets.
