■About using the parking lot: In order to prevent trouble, we ask that you move your car yourself. In addition, in front of the entrance of the hotel, you cannot park there as a general rule, as it is a "drop-off space". There are several parking lots within 100 to 300 meters of the hotel, and our staff will guide you there. ■Notes when using the large public bath and open-air bath: If you have tattoos, please refrain from bathing in our bath. Also, please refrain from bringing mobile phones and cameras into the bath. If you do not comply with these rules, you will be refused entry. ■About dinner and breakfast times: When you come to the venue for meals, you will be seated in order and as soon as your seat is ready. Please note that seating may vary slightly depending on the situation of the customers before and after you. Please note that you may have to wait at the venue. ■About taking home equipment: Please refrain from taking home any items except for indoor consumables (disposable amenities and towels). *Books, colorful yukatas and obi, geta sandals, shoe clips, provided amenities, bath towels, etc. available in the building cannot be taken home.
This inn was started 40 years ago by the previous generation who relocated an old folk house from Toyama. The building is over 150 years old and is characterized by its fine beams. The main meal is local cuisine, mainly wild boar hot pot. Salt-grilled rock fish, Shinano Yukimasu and Oiwa fish sashimi, Shinshu soba, seasonal tempura, etc. Depending on the plan, there may be extra boar meat or Shinshu salmon sushi included. The bath is not a large public bath, but it is a hot spring that can be used completely for private use. It is a convenient location for climbing Mt. Yatsugatake, so there are many climbers. Nearby are Otome Falls in Yokoya Gorge, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and Mishaka Pond, which has beautiful reflections, in 15 minutes by car. You can enjoy great nature such as Shirakoma Pond, which is a 40-minute drive away. 30 minutes by car to Suwa Taisha (main shrine). We're a family-run business, so we hope you enjoy your time here and have fun. Please feel free to ask me about sightseeing in the area, mountain climbing, or just casual chat.
