This inn was started over 40 years ago when the predecessor relocated a traditional house from Toyama.The building is over 150 years old and features impressive beams. The meals primarily consist of local cuisine with wild boar hot pot as the main dish.Grilled salt-cured char, sashimi of Shinano yukimasu and large char, Shinshu soba, and seasonal tempura are included. Depending on the plan, options such as increased wild boar meat portions or sushi with Shinshu salmon are also available.The bath is not a large public bath, but it is a completely private-use hot spring. It is conveniently located for climbing Mount Yatsugatake, so there are many mountaineering guests.Nearby attractions include Otome Falls at Yokoya Gorge, a 10-minute walk, and Mishaka Pond with its beautiful reflections, a 15-minute drive. You can also enjoy the great outdoors at Shirakoma Pond, a 40-minute drive away.Suwa Taisha (Main Shrine) is a 30-minute drive. Feel free to ask about nearby sightseeing, hiking, or even casual chat. In the spring of 2025, part of the guest rooms was renovated.
