It feels thick to the touch, does not cool down easily, and has a high moisturizing effect, which has been well received. The baths are natural hot springs, and no water is added or heated in any of the hot springs in the hotel. [Kurano Meals] We will prepare a hearty meal of kaiseki cuisine using high-quality and fresh ingredients, including Tochigi specialties such as Tochigi Wagyu beef, and seasonal ingredients unique to the mountain region, such as wild vegetables and river fish. The water used in the hotel is spring water from the mountains, and is soft water that goes well with Japanese cuisine. If you drink it with ice, you will feel a slight sweetness. We use this water for the water taps in your rooms, the drinking water in front of the large public bath, the meals you eat, and the coffee and hot water for your breakfast.
