Founded in 2016,Brooklyn Kura is a sake brewery based in Brooklyn,New York,USA.They aim to produce world-class sake that can be enjoyed anywhere in the world,valuing the use of local water and rice, the craftsmanship of local sake, and ensuring that their sake is enjoyed and loved by local people.
In 2021, Brooklyn Kura and Hakkaisan Brewery entered into a business partnership. The two companies share a common goal:to make sake a global beverage.
The resulting sake will be available in Japan in 2025.
At this event, we will be pairing this American-born sake with Japanese home cooking.
No reservations are required and it's a standing-only event, so please feel free to join.
