Starbucks Coffee Kokyo Gaien Wadakura Fountain Park Store

We propose a café style minimizing the use of disposable materials. We recommend the use of reusable cups for take-out, and ”borrowed cups” which are being tested in the Marunouchi area, as well as reusable drinkware such as mug cups for in-store use. The interior design actively utilizes recyclable materials to create a store that emphasizes cyclicality. We have introduced canvas and fishing net art, furniture made of 100% domestic wood that can be repaired and used for a long time, and those made of thinned wood. An original beverage of the Kokyo Gaien Wadakura Fountain Park Store is also available. It is made by combining Starbucks' signature Espresso, and Frappuccino® that is popular among various people, with the gentle Japanese taste of ”Wasanbon” and almond milk that is one of the most popular plant-based milks.
