Description
The Science Museum introduces mechanisms and applications of everyday science and technologies through hands-on style exhibitions and experimental shows. There are about 20 themes in the exhibitions and you can see, touch and experience most of them. The experimental shows, that has variations of more than 20 kinds, and the projections of the movies are held every day and they are very popular. One of them is the 3D dorm theater, the Synra Dorm, and you can enjoy 3D science images that come out from the dorm through the special glasses (Confirmation on the schedule is required. For 62 people). You can re-enter the facility with the ticket of that day, so you can lunch at Kitanomaru Park or the resting space in the museum. You can also choose to rest while eating food at the basement restaurant with 250 seats. This museum is designed to let people of all ages from children to the elderly enjoy the science and technology of today and the near future. It is a seven-minute walk from the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line's Takebashi station or a nine-minute walk from Kudanshita Station on Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, Hanzomon Line and Metropolitan Subway, Shinjuku Line.
