Daiginjo Dokan (daiginjo means top-quality sake) is a Japanese sake named after the person who is said to have built Edo Castle and made by a kuramoto (sake brewery) who is the descendant of said person. The sake which is is brewed with 50% of polished Yamada Nishiki rice, considered to be one of the most suitable rice varieties for sake, is reputable for its pronounced flavor and mellow taste. It makes a perfect Tokyo souvenir, with a label depicting Nijubashi at the Imperial Palace.

Échiré Maison du Beurre is the world's first speciality store of Échiré butter which was opened in the Marunouchi Brick Square.
