I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Great location if you want to be in the Ginza area. Loved that I could run the Imperial Palace running route easily...Visited December 2025 -

The rooms are tight. The location is good- if you want to shop designers and all. I was just here for one night. The rooms are ok, very small for the three of us. Just ready to head back home.Visited December 2025 -

Stayed here for 3 nights (£781) on arrival into Tokyo. Taxi from the airport was 8000Y (£40ish) so we thought worth it after a long flight. Hotel nice & clean, no complaints. Room had 2 double beds...Visited December 2025
