SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE ・SHIBUYA SKY
Description
Directly connected to and directly above Shibuya Station serviced by JR, Tokyu, and Tokyo Metro lines, it is a large-scale complex facility rising approximately 230 meters and consisting of 47 stories, and the tallest structure in the Shibuya area. It is a new Shibuya landmark that opened in November 2019.
From the second basement floor to the 14th floor above ground there are commercial facilities where you can enjoy shopping and gourmet food at restaurants and shops that were first opened here in Japan. At the co-creation facility ”SHIBUYA QWS” on the 15th floor, various events that lead to new value creation are held. The 17th to 45th floors are office floors.
In particular, the observation facility ”SHIBUYA SKY” (*admission fee charged), which has Japan's largest observation space on the 14th floor, 45th floor, 46th floor, and rooftop, is an unconventional space for productions overflowing with ”a sense of liberation” offering experience unlikely to be found elsewhere from the moment you enter until you leave the facility. The 360-degree panoramic view of the city of Tokyo from atop the 230-meter-high rooftop is a must-see.
