The machine standing at the 1st-floor entrance of MEGA Don Quijote Shibuya Honten is the "Monster Capsule," one of Japan’s largest capsule machines, provided by Glee Globe Co., Ltd. Standing at 2.0 meters, it’s taller than most adults and truly a sight to behold!
The machine’s exterior features the cheerful mascot "Donpen" to welcome everyone. Inside, it’s filled with extra-large 160mm capsules—just looking at it will get you excited!
How to Join: Shop and Try Your Luck!
This giant gacha challenge is exclusive to JCB cardmembers with cards issued outside of Japan. Joining is easy, so why not try your luck while shopping for souvenirs?
- Step 1: Shop at Target Stores
- Shop at "MEGA Don Quijote Shibuya Honten" or "MEGA Donki Shibuya Bekkan (Annex)" and spend a total of 20,000 JPY (tax included) or more using your international JCB card.
Note: You can combine receipts from the same day!
- Step 2: Get Your Special Coin
- After shopping, bring your receipts to the special event booth at the 1st-floor entrance. Staff will check your receipts and give you a special coin for the gacha.
- Step 3: Spin the Giant Gacha!
- Insert the coin into the Monster Capsule and turn the giant handle!
