At the tour, we display and introduce 12 types of botanicals used in Tokyo Hachio Gin, each separated into small bottles. Participants of the tour can pick up the botanicals they are interested in, enjoy their scent, and taste them. The Tokyo Hachioji Distillery aims to create spirits that you will love.

Event Details
At Tokyo Hachioji Distillery, we regularly hold distillery tours and tastings. Participants will enter the actual distillery, where we will guide you through the internal structure, explain the distillation equipment, and the manufacturing process. At the end, we will conduct a tasting of Tokyo Hachio Gin at the TASTING LAB on the second floor of the distillery, and offer a complimentary cocktail to each participant. On the day of the tour, we also offer direct sales of our craft gin.
*If you are bringing children, please do not include them in the reservation count.

At the tour, we not only offer tastings of our gin but also introduce recommended ways to enjoy Tokyo Hachio Gin and Tokyo Spice Gin. During this time, as part of the "Cocktail Making Experience," participants can use actual bar tools to create their own cocktails. We often receive feedback such as "It was my first time touching a bar spoon or a measuring cup! It was fun!" The Tokyo Hachioji Distillery aims to create spirits that you will love.
