Tokyo Hachioji Distillery

Our distillery is located in the serene suburbs of Tokyo, just 50 minutes away from the city center (Shinjuku). We offer an exclusive and immersive Craft Gin Distillery tour.

The Distillery tour is a 90-minute journey that takes you through a series of experiences. You will begin with a botanical introduction to help you understand the unique flavors used in our Gin. You will be followed by an overview of the distilling equipment used in our distillery and an in-depth demonstration of the distilling process. You will witness the steps involved in producing our craft Gins.

After the Tour, you will be treated to a Gin-tasting session in our tasting lab, where you will sample our different varieties of Gin. The Gin session is an excellent opportunity to explore and appreciate our Gins' flavors and aromas. Finally, we will allow you to choose a cocktail made with your favorite Hachio Gin so that you can enjoy it to the fullest.
