Interesting small museum

A small museum with an interesting modern art exhibition. Only one floor was accessible due to the installation of another exhibition.

Interesting park and museum.

A great hour or two excursion in northwest Tokyo. The museum is above the library and has a much more intimate feel. There is also an open air park adjacent to the museum.
