Nicknamed ”Otome Road,” it is located on the West-side road of Ikebukuro's Sunshine 60 building. From anime/game specialty shops, butler cafes, and otome cafes where women staff crossplay as males, to women-oriented doujinshi specialty shops, there are plenty of anime-related establishments here catering to women. In this neighborhood, it is common to see young women dragging suitcases stuffed full of anime character cosplay outfits. An eight-minute walk from the East Exit of JR Ikebukuro Station.
