A signature element of every course is the “Head Immersion Bath,” where the gentle warmth of carbonated spring water and the soothing sound of flowing water will guide your mind into a deep meditative state. Each treatment begins by regulating your “breathing,” followed by upper-body alignment, fingertip care, and seated stretching to harmonize the body’s overall circulation. Every flow is conducted in the fully private treatment room, and after the treatment, you can enjoy a “lingering time” over a cup of medicinal herbal tea made according to your condition.
