Description
The activity base for female idol group AKB48. The group started the concept of “Idols you can visit” in 2005 with a debut event. There were only seven audience members at that first performance, but today they are one of Japan’s top idol groups. AKB48 holds many events here such as handshake events and photography events to reach out to their fans. Unlike most stages theirs is very close to the audience, so you can see them from up close. Many enthusiasts, otaku and anime fans, regardless of gender, gather for these events in Akihabara, famous for its Electric Town. A five-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station.
