The baths are fed directly from the source, and no water is added or heated in any of the hot springs in the hotel.

We prepare hearty Kaiseki meals using high-quality fresh ingredients, including Tochigi specialty products such as Tochigi Wagyu beef, and seasonal ingredients unique to the mountain region, such as wild vegetables and river fish. .
In addition, the water used in the hotel is sourced from mountain springs and is a soft water that goes well with Japanese cuisine. If you drink it with ice, you will feel a little sweetness. We use the tap water in your room, the drinking water in front of the public bath, your meals, and your breakfast coffee and hot water.
