There is a large gazebo where you can BBQ even in the rain. Right in front, you can see the summit of Mount Omuro up close, located in a quiet villa area. Tourist spots within a 10-minute drive: Mount Omuro hiking lift, Izu Granpal Park, Izu Shaboten Animal Park, Sakura no Sato (selected as one of the 100 best cherry blossom spots and popular for its dog run), Ippekiko Lake.
