Description
The Hoteiya steamed bread made in Atami is one of the town’s specialties. There are 12 varieties, including chestnut, pumpkin and maple bread, and some “seasonal limited editions” that incorporate seasonal flavors. The bread is fluffy and mild, and is popular among the young and old alike.
