Seibu-Chichibu Station

Seibu-Chichibu Station is the gateway to the Chichibu region, just 80 minutes from central Tokyo (Ikebukuro Station) by limited express. Chichibu offers mountains, nature, and rich cultural heritage.
Directly connected to the station, “Matsuri no Yu” features hot springs and a food court, perfect for relaxing after travel. For international visitors, Seibu Railway sells the SEIBU 1-Day Pass and 2-Day Pass, which provides convenient, good-value access for trips from Ikebukuro and sightseeing along the line.
The station’s tourist information center offers local tips, event details, and bicycle rentals.
Key spots include Mitsumine Shrine, about 75 minutes by Seibu Kanko Bus, and the seasonal winter icicles (Misotsuchi no Tsurara), also accessible by bus. During the autumn foliage period, heavy traffic may cause delays toward Mitsumine Shrine.
