【Important Information】

・The building is 6 stories high, but guest floors are on the 2nd to 4th floors, while upper floors are occupied by rental tenants.
・All rooms are non-smoking.Please refrain from smoking on the balcony as well.There is an ashtray near the outdoor stair landing.For safety reasons, fireworks are not permitted.
・Please set up futons, sofa beds, or extra beds yourself when going to sleep.
・Sleepwear is not provided.
・We do not accept advance shipment of luggage.
・Even for reservations of more than two nights, towels and amenities are provided only for one night's stay.
・There will be no cleaning, towel replacement, or replenishment of amenities or consumables during your stay.
・There are no seasonings available.
・Our facility is not a newly constructed building.Although regular cleaning is performed meticulously, we cannot accommodate allergies caused by house dust or other environmental factors.

・Only one parking space is available per room reservation.
・There are no specific assignments as long as you use the designated space for guests.Please use the parking spaces with consideration for others.For details, please refer to the guidance email from the reservation staff.
・Please note that spaces outside the designated area are contracted parking lots for local residents.
