All rooms are equipped with a washing machine with dryer, an induction mini kitchen, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a UCC drip pod, so you can stay comfortably not only for one night, but also for long-term stays and long-distance travel. All five buildings have a dining room, so you can enjoy meals at the dining table in your room without hesitation, whether you are staying without meals or ordering catered meals. Yukatsuki is not a hospitality inn or a rental villa, but a new style of inn that suits the times. You can relax in a quiet environment, use this as a base to go sightseeing in various places, or use it as a workcation, and spend your time in Yufuin freely and at your leisure. There is a hot spring in the building, and all the open-air baths in the rooms are filled with hot spring water. You can enjoy the hot springs 24 hours a day, whenever you like. Opened in July 2020. Akari no Yado (yufuin akarinoyado) is a pet-friendly inn that allows pets. 3 minutes walk from Yufuin Station! It is in a very convenient location with souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. It is a hot spring inn in a good location, 30 seconds to a convenience store. There is Akari-chan, the signboard dog. BBQ facilities are also available, so please use them during the warmer months.

The rooms have views of either the "sea side" overlooking Beppu Bay or the "mountain side" with its attractive steam from the hot spring.
