In April 2018, FUJIYA HOSTEL (Fujiya Hostel) was born anew, run by Yamashita Shoten, a tofu shop that renovated a century-old traditional house and took over Boat Inn Fuji, a beloved destination for anglers over many years. It accommodates only four groups per day. 50 minutes by high-speed ferry or 70 minutes by regular ferry from mainland Kyushu. Disembark at Sato Port on Kamikoshikijima, the gateway to the Koshikijima Islands, and you'll find yourself in a completely different world.Pass through the beautiful cobblestone Samurai Residence Street, filled with tropical vibes, and drive for 10 minutes.At this wooden single-story island inn with an unusual bay window, we await your arrival. Please note that single rooms are either facing the backyard or the mountain side, and the view cannot be chosen.
