Shuku Kaifuu

Boasting a rooftop, open-air hot spring baths with magnificent views of Ise Bay, Shuku Kaifuu is located right along the coast of the ocean, just 8 minutes on the shuttle from Utsumi Train Station. Free WiFi is available on the 1st and 4th floors.
