Description
Founded in the 30th year of the Meiji era, 'Koma no Yu' has built over a century of history as the only hot spring inn along the Kiso Old Road, a route used by Kiso Yoshinaka to travel to and from Kyoto over 800 years ago.
Since its founding, during the Showa era it welcomed guests for hot spring cures and mountain climbing, and from the Heisei to Reiwa eras, it has warmly hosted tourists and international visitors with hospitality befitting a mountain inn, offering cuisine nurtured by Kiso's history and natural environment while awaiting everyone's visit.
