Lake Motosu is one of Fuji Five Lakes and is the lake in the Japanese 1000 yen note. It is the third largest lake in Fuji Five Lakes. I would recommend visiting it.Visited December 2022 -

We stopped at a small viewpoint to enjoy the view which is shown on the back of the 1000 yen note. It’s stunning. You just need a few minutes here as there’s nothing else to do and few parking spaces.Visited October 2019
