The hotel has an art deco interior throughout the building inspired by the beautiful American mansions of the 1920-1940s. The hotel has a resort-like atmosphere. It is situated next to Makuhari Seaside Park and Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari.

The accommodations consist of three cottage-style pensions and one separate cottage.They include a dining hall, BBQ facilities, an outdoor pool, and parking. For the breakfast-included plan, guests can use the dining hall, while the room-only plan provides rooms equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for bringing in groceries. For dinner, guests can use the BBQ facilities for BBQs upon request, with an additional fee of 5,000 yen per group.
