Souvenirs are a must when traveling to Tokyo, whether they are for yourself or friends and family at home. Another must for many a sightseer is a visit to Tokyo Disneyland, the theme park known to put a unique Japanese spin on classic Disney. Today, we sent an editor to the park who is quite a bit of a Disney maniac themselves, with the mission to comb the many adorable shops and stalls for the absolute must-have sweet souvenirs of Tokyo Disneyland!
StellaLou’s Assorted Cookies: Plus Super Cute Tin Box! (1,000 Yen)
Our first souvenir recommendation is an assorted set of cookies in a small tin box. Both Duffy and StellaLou adorn the outside as beautiful drawings, making it a keeper long after you’ve finished the tasty filling! Speaking of: look forward to munching twenty butter cookies shaped like Duffy and StellaLou. On top of that, the box features four star-shaped chocolate-and-butter cookies, as well as four ribbon butter-and-strawberry cookies. StellaLou’s Assorted Cookies are exclusive to Tokyo DisneySea!

Pasta Snacks: Crunchy and Savory! (Top: 850 Yen / Bottom: 550 Yen)
This pasta snack set is the perfect souvenir for everyone who likes it savory! The version on the top photo is individually packaged: the bags adorned with Mickey and Minnie are tomato flavored, while the Donald and Daisy ones are salt flavored. In total, the large package contains five smaller bags.
The pasta snack on the bottom picture is a mix of Mickey shapes, Minnie shapes, and a curly kind. It’s a casual yet tasty snack to share with a large group of friends or your entire family!

Osenbei (Rice Crackers): Crunch Crunch in a Tin Box! (1,080 Yen)
Osenbei (rice crackers) are a traditional and well-beloved snack in Japan. This version comes with nori (seaweed) garnish in the shape of Mickey’s head! The adorable tin box, looking just like the real rice cracker, features three kinds of osenbei: the one with seaweed, a simple one in the shape of Mickey, and a star-shaped one. This is a particularly fun snack souvenir because it carries a whiff of traditional Japan.

Tokyo Banana (Caramel Banana): Tokyo’s Most Popular Souvenir Meets Mickey! (1,300 Yen)
Tokyo Banana, sponge cake with delicious banana puree, is Tokyo’s staple sweet souvenir. Of course, Tokyo Disney Resort has its own limited edition of the famous goodie, boasting two layers of rich banana custard and caramel engulfed by soft sponge cake. Like Mickeys are imprinted on the outside, leaving no doubt as to where this souvenir is from!

Baumkuchen: Mickey in a Layered Cake! (900 Yen)
Baumkuchen is a German variety of layered cake that is incredibly popular in Japan. The Disney one comes in a cute box shaped like a house, offering a glance on Mickey and Minnie enjoying a cooking session together. The cake is infused with white chocolate and the characteristic hole in the middle is in Mickey shape as well. It boasts the gentle sweetness of the two of them hand-baking the cake, spreading a bit of happiness throughout your mouth with every bite!

Maple Cookies: So Many Tiny Poohs! (490 Yen)
The package of these adorable maple cookies shows Winnie the Pooh floating over Disneyland as he hangs from balloons shaped like Mickey and Minnie. Inside are numerous cookies shaped like the bear himself, as large as the thumb of an adult person. They’re modeled with so much detail, it’s almost a waste to eat them – but once you start, it’s hard to stop!

Minnie’s Chouquettes: an Adorable Pink Pot! (1,500 Yen)

Choco-In Cookies: a Sweet Marriage Between Cookie Dough and Chocolate! (460 Yen)
The red packaging with a smiling Minnie immediately catches the eye of this must-try sweet souvenir. It features ten delicious cookies with a chocolate core, tickling your taste buds with a crunchy texture and mellow chocolatey heart! As an adorable extra, the stoppers of the package are in the shape of Minnie’s ribbon and they can be used even after you’ve finished all the cookies. Sold at: World Bazaar Confectionery (Tokyo Disneyland)
Chocolate Crunch: a Tokyo Disneyland Classic! (from 800 Yen)
The Chocolate Crunch ranks reliably high on the popularity list of Tokyo Disneyland, mainly because of its wonderfully light crunchiness! Especially the tin can is a classic souvenir choice for many park visitors. However, the chocolatey snack comes in all kinds of sizes, tastes, and designs. The picture shows the 16-piece packaging on the left and the 24-piece packaging in the center and on the right.
This is the baked type of the Chocolate Crunch, in the shape of Mickey’s head and in a transparent Mickey box. It features 18 pieces and is popular because it differs from the standard.
This is a rather unique souvenir, as it allows you to make the popular Chocolate Crunch by yourself at home! It features all necessary ingredients and, of course, the recipe! One kit is enough for 12 pieces.
Sold at: World Bazaar Confectionery (Tokyo Disneyland)
Baumkuchen: Eat Chilled for Extra Tastiness! (1,400 Yen)
This Baumkuchen (layered cake) comes in a packaging with Winnie the Pooh and his friends. We especially recommend chilling the cake before eating it, as that brings out the flavor and texture just perfectly! Also – if you put the entire box in the fridge, the cold temperatures will reveal a secret pattern of blue hexagons! One box features eight cake slices.
