After the Great East Japan Earthquake, due to the important needs of supporting workers and temporary returns, in April 2020, 'The Namie Terrace' opened facing National Route 6. Soon, a FamilyMart was also established, and with a convenient location just 10 minutes from the Joban Expressway Futaba IC, large vehicles are also accepted for parking. The total number of rooms is 77, all semi-double rooms, with separate toilets and baths. The entire building offers free Wi-Fi and unlimited BS channels, along with free amenities and a water dispenser. The dining hall operates daily, breakfast is served from 5:30 to 8:30, and on Sundays only from 7:00 to 9:00. Dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:00 (last order at 20:30).
