A seasonal location nurtured by nature...a spacious lobby and large communal bath called ``Hitorijime no Yu.'' Lake Gosho and the mountains of Iwate can be seen from the guest rooms. Just like a painting, the scenery of each season welcomes you with its daily colors. A beauty bath with an abundant amount of hot water...Encounter the gentleness of the hot spring water flowing directly from the source, and enjoy a relaxing conversation. There are two large public baths with views of the colors of the four seasons, and two open-air baths and private baths with fantastic lighting. Please have a peaceful time. Enjoy the mountains and seas of your hometown...The Sanriku coast, where the Oyashio and Kuroshio currents intersect, is like a natural fish tank, and is rich in a variety of seafood. There is also plenty of delicious meat, including beef raised in the rich soil of Kitakami and Ou, as well as the delicacies of the countryside brought to you by the bounty of the earth.
This is a very old hot spring inn (not in the form of a hotel). The guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there is no elevator. There are no restaurants or convenience stores open at night in or around the facility. Guest rooms and the building are non-smoking.
