Description
This Japanese garden was built for the home of the family of Shibata feudal lord Mizoguchi. The living quarters were built in 1666, followed by this garden in a style with a pond at its center, designed by Agata Souchi, the shogunate official. Its beautiful view is registered as a national site of scenic beauty.
