Description

The museum features a Main Exhibition Hall with exhibits ranging from the Paleolithic Age to the Modern Ages to display the history and culture of the Tohoku region, the Farmhouse of the Konnos built in the middle of the Edo period (designated as a tangible cultural property of Miyagi), and an interactive Children's History Museum.
