The kaisekizen (Japanese-style dinner trays) is popular that uses abundant ingredients from Hachimantai and carefully selected foods from various parts of Tohoku. You can choose four main dishes from seven kinds, which are of superb quality. They include Maezawa beef shabushabu, raw king crab steak, abalone teppanyaki (grilled on an iron plate), and Hachimantai Tochucha pork, all making your mouth water.
